My Save OW Patch (Abandoned)

  • Maps

    • The gamemode Assault has been retired. The following maps have been reworked into other gamemodes;
    • Hanamura and Paris are now Hybrid maps
    • Horizon Lunar Colony and Temple of Anubis are now Control maps
    • Volskaya Industries is now a Payload map
    • Havana is now disabled
  • Competitive Play

    • The level you need to obtain in order to unlock Competitive Mode has been increased to 60 up from 25
    • Competitive points earned from winning has been increased from 15 to 25
    • Competitive points earned from draws has been increased from 5 to 12
    • Competitive points in order to buy a golden gun has been decreased to 2000 down from 3000
  • Events

    • Amount of credits to spend reduced from 3000 to 1000 during the Anniversary event for previous event skins (meaning that a 2021 archives skin wont cost 3k credits for the 2021 anniversary)
  • Arcade

    • All modes are featured at once (meaning you can select any mode instead of waiting for the daily rotation)
    • Sombra, Doomfist, and Winston are now locked out of Total Mayhem
    • In Capture The Flag, Pharah can no longer use Hover Jets and whenever Lúcio has the flag he cannot use his normal speed (so he stays at 5.5 mps and so does everyone in his radius)

Ana

  • Biotic Grenade
    • Cooldown increased from 10s to 12s
  • Nano-Boost
    • Ultimate cost increased by 6%

Ashe

  • Dynamite
    • Cooldown increased from 12s to 14s
  • The Viper
    • Speed penalty increased from -30% to -10%
    • Maximum fall-off damage increased from 30% to 40%
  • B.O.B.
    • No longer gains ultimate charge while active

Baptiste

  • Immortality Field
    • Cooldown increased to 30s up from 25s
    • Now goes on a 15s cooldown when spawned
  • Biotic Launcher (Primary)
    • Recovery time increased from .38s to .4s
  • Amplification Matrix
    • Duration reduced to 8s down from 10s
    • Width reduced to 7.5m down from 9m

Bastion

  • Reconfigure
    • No longer receives knockback when transitioning
  • Configuration: Tank
    • Now receives 100 temporary armor when activated
  • Self-Repair
    • Healing per second reduced to 83.5 down from 90
    • Duration increased from 3.33s to 3.5
  • Configuration: Sentry
    • Cast time reduced to .85s down from 1s

Brigitte

  • General
    • Health increased from 150 to 175 (200 to 225)
  • Repair Pack
    • Healing per second decreased to 50 down from 55
    • Maximum range reduced to 20m down from 30m
  • Inspire
    • Healing per second increased to 16 up from 15
    • Duration reduced from 6s to 5s
    • Maximum range reduced from 20m to 15m
  • Barrier Shield
    • Health increased from 250 to 300
    • Deployment time decreased to .32s
    • Increased width/length by 6%
    • Now curves slightly
  • Shield Bash
    • Damage increased to 40 up from 5
    • Cooldown increased to 8.5s up from 7s
  • Rally
    • Now distributes 10 armor per .5 seconds down from 15

D.Va

  • General
    • Health/Armor ratio redistributed to 400/200 down from 300/300
  • Boosters
    • Cooldown decreased to 3.5s down from 4s
  • Defense Matrix
    • Duration increased to 3s up from 2s
    • Regeneration rate reduced to 15% down from 16%
    • Maximum range increased to 12m up from 10m
  • Self Destruct
    • Knockback increased by 10%

Doomfist

  • Rocket Punch
    • Wall impact damage decreased from 50-150 to 50-125
  • Uppercut
    • Recovery time reduced .3s down from .35s
  • Meteor Strike
    • Outer ring damage increased from 200 to 250

Echo

  • Sticky Bombs
    • Cooldown increased from 6s to 8s
  • Focusing-Beam
    • Max health of a hero to deal 2x the damage decreased to 40% down from 50%

Genji

  • Cyber-Agility
    • Climbing a wall now resets double jump

Hanzo

  • Storm Bow
    • Damage decreased from 27.2-125 to 27.5-120
    • Projectile speed increased to 125mps up from 110mps
  • Storm Arrows
    • Arrow quanitity decreased from 5 to 3
    • Damage increased to 90 up from 70
  • Sonic Arrow
    • Cooldown increased from 12s to 15s

Lucio

  • General
    • Fire rate is increased by 15% when wall riding, however after wall riding for 2.5s it decreases by 15%
  • Soundbarrier
    • Ultimate cost reduced by 15%

Cassidy

  • General
    • Health reduced to 200 down from 225
    • Body hitbox reduced by 15%
    • Criticial hitbox reduced by 6%
  • Combat Roll
    • Cooldown decreased to 5s down from 6s
    • Can no longer use Combat Roll while airborne
  • Flashbang
    • Cooldown increased to 12s up from 10s
  • Peacekeeper (Primary)
    • Maximum fall-off damage increased from 30% to 50%
    • Recovery time reduced to .46s down from .5s
  • Peacekeeper (Secondary)
    • Damage reduced to 45-270 down from 50-300

Mei

  • Endothermic Blaster
    • Duration increased to 1.4s up from 1.3s
    • No longer pierces enemies
    • Ammunition increased to 130 up from 120
  • Cryo-Freeze
    • Can now be targeted by ally specific abilities (such as Mercy's Guardian Angel, Caduceus Staff, Brigitte's Rally, etc)
  • Blizzard
    • Ultimate cost increased by 5%

Mercy

  • Caduceus Staff (Primary)
    • Healing per second increased to 60 up from 55
    • Beam visual reverted to its 1.0 state
  • Caduceus Staff (Secondary)
    • Damage boost decreased to 25% down from 30%
    • Beam visual reverted to its 1.0 state
    • The following abilities can now be damage boosted;
    • Rip-Tire (only gets boosted by 15% instead of 25%)
    • Venom Mine
  • Enlighten (Formerly Resurrect)
    • Mercy now heals herself and her allies within a 12m radius for 75 health and gain 25 overhealth for 2s. Enlighten checks for LOS (checks for surfaces), has a cooldown of 10s, and has a cast time of .42s. Enlighten also cleanses Venom Mine, Dynamite and Biotic Grenade while reducing the duration of Hack and Sleep Dart (Hack to 3s, Sleep Dart to 4s for tanks and 4.5s for other roles)
  • Valkyrie
    • Cast time reduced to .01 second
    • Duration reduced to 8s down from 15s
    • Resurrect now replaces Enlighten. Resurrect has 2 charges with a .35 second cast time, however the players she brings back gets their health damage by 50% and forces Guardian Angel on a 2 second cooldown each Resurrect.
    • Maximum beam range reduced to 20m down from 30m
    • Main healing beam healing per second increased to 75 up from 60
    • Main damage boost beam increased to 37.5% up from 23.5%
    • Chain healing beams healing per second decreased to 40 down from 60
    • Chain damage boost beams decreased to 20% down from 25% (or down from 37.5%)
    • Chain beams now dont just connect to players in a 10m radius, but now connects to players that are 3m away from a chained ally
    • Guardian Angel speed increased by 30%
    • Ultimate cost increased by 12%
    • Now has a visual duration timer under the circle
    • Chain beams no longer pierce through enemy barriers

Moira

  • Biotic Grasp (Primary)
    • Resource consumption decreased to 12 down from 12.5
    • Can now pierce through enemy barirers
  • Biotic Orb
    • Projectile speed decreased from 20mps to 18mps
    • Now goes through Mei's Ice Wall (both teams)
  • Coalescence
    • Ultimate cost decreased by 7%

Orisa

  • Protective Barrier
    • Health increased to 700 up from 600
  • Fusion Driver (Primary)
    • No longer has a speed penalty while firing
  • Fortify
    • Can now be headshotted

Pharah

  • General
    • HP redistributed to 125 health and 75 shields (200 hp)
  • Conussive Blast
    • Cooldown increased to 10s up from 9s
  • Hover Jets
    • Recharge rate reduced to 35 per second down from 43
    • Vertical speed increased by 5%

Reaper

  • Shadowstep
    • Cooldown reduced to 8s down from 10s
    • Now increases speed by 50% for 3.5 seconds

Reinhardt

  • Earthshatter
    • Duration increased to 3s up from 2.5s
    • Ultimate cost increased by 6%
  • Rocket Hammer
    • Damage reduced to 80 down from 85

Roadhog

  • Chain Hook
    • Now pulls players .5m farther (3m to 3.5m)
  • Scrap Gun
    • Damage per projectile reduced to 6.4 down from 6.6

Sigma

  • General
    • Health and Shields increased by 50 (400 hp to 500)
  • Experiemental Barrier
    • Removed
  • Kinetic Grasp
    • Cooldown decreased to 8s down from 12s
    • Grants a +75% movement speed bonus
  • Accretion
    • Explosion damage increased from 40 to 50
    • Impact damage increased from 30 to 40

Soldier: 76

  • Heavy Pulse Rifle
    • Damage decreased to 19.5 down from 20
  • Biotic Field
    • Healing per second increased to 40 up from 35
  • Helix Rockets
    • Cooldown increased from 6s to 7s

Sombra

  • Stealth
    • Movement speed increased to +75% up from +65%
    • Now has a set duration of 10s
  • Translocater
    • Cooldown reduced to 4s down from 6s
  • Hack
    • Cooldown increased to 10s up from 8s
  • EMP
    • Ultimate cost increased by 6%

Symmetra

  • Teleporter
    • Now has a set duration of 10s
  • Sentry Turret & Orb
    • Projectile speed increased by 5 (Orb increased to 30mps up from 25mps, Sentry Turret increased to 20mps up from 15mps)

Torbjorn

  • Overload
    • Cooldown increased to 12s up from 10s

Tracer

  • Pulse Bomb
    • Fall-Off range reduced from 12-20m to 10-23m

Widowmaker

  • Venom Mine
    • Cooldown decreased to 8s down from 15s
  • Widow's Kiss (Secondary)
    • Bodyshot damage increased to 125 up from 120
    • Headshot multiplier reduced to 2x down from 2.5x

Wrecking Ball

  • Minefield
    • Duration reduced to 15s down from 20s
    • No longer gains ultimate charge while activer
  • Grappling Claw
    • Duration increased to 7.5s up from 6s
    • Now hasa timer visual in the middle of wrecking balls screen

  • Particle Cannon (Secondary)
    • Self-Knocback increased by 100%
  • Particle Cannon (Primary)
    • Damage increased from 75-170 too 85-170
