Fixed some bugs in relation with Black Hole not disappering. (I made a mistake in the previous patch, I just fixed it, sorry)

Mercy healing received is 130% (up from 100%)

BOSS CHANGES
--Visual Change for the Black Hole cancel orb. Now it has a text saying it cancels the Black Hole. (dev note: Sometimes players associated the cancelling of the Black Hole with the Ultimate of the boss. This change will make it more clear what you have to do to survive)
BUG FIXES
--Fixed a bug where Black Hole sometimes disappeared before time or without deactivating it. (We will continue to observe any abnormalities with this ability)

HERO CHANGES
-Zenyatta has its healing received doubled. Also his damaging shots are healing all injured party members who are under 50% Health
-Mercy has her healing received back to normal (was 50%). In this game mode Mercy cannot really Regenerate so there is no reason to nerf her this way.

BOSS CHANGES
-Red Orb growing rate has been reduced a bit, as the orbs are giving more charge now, we also have to adjust this number, so the choice where you give your charge can be meaningful.
-Foot Disorientation now has a visible ANCHOR point on the map. Your character will move according to the position your character have related to the anchor point. (If you are pressing W you are always moving away from the anchor for example) The anchor point is a Black Orb on the ground, visually.

BUG FIXES
-Fixed a bug with Black Hole sometimes disappearing on its own

--Charge giving white orbs have their effectiveness buffed.
Small orb: 30 (instead of 20)
Medium orb: 15 (instead of 10)
Big orbs: 10 (instead of 5)
--Fixed a bug with Black Hole. Now the pulling effect will immediately cancel on all players when the clearing yellow bubble is touch by anyone.

Boss Changes and Hero Changes
--Boss is now immovable thanks to the new command. That's why all knockback restrictions are removed from heroes.
--Sigma is now playable with the normal abilities given in the official Big Bad Boss Hero changes manual
--Junkrat Rip-Tire (ultimate) and Steel Trap are now enabled
--Symmetra Teleport is now enabled
--Boss now has a progress bar as health, showing the progress of the health of the boss at all times.
--Boss is now immovable, the knockback it receives is 0%
--Put some HUDs to better places to make it easier to look at.

PATCH 1.0.2
Boss Changes
--Black Hole: It deals 300 damage (instead of 100) to players near the epicenter
---Time Slider is added as a Workshop Setting option. You can modify the encounter time with this, if your team needs more time, to ease the challenge. The intended boss fight time is always written next to the slider.
--New Workshop Setting option: You can turn OFF the timer, so you can practice with ease. If the timer is OFF, you have unlimited time and the Time Remaining counter stays hidden.

BUG FIXES:
--Boss starts the encounter with full health

PATCH 1.0.1
Hero Changes
--Moira has 200% Healing dealt now (up from 150%)
Boss Changes
--The cavalry is here!
Reinhardts now deal 200% damage (down from 300%), just standing around for 1.5 seconds before they start charging someone. Number of spawn narrowed down to 2-3 (was 1-4).
--Black Hole
Black Hole not killing the player immediately, it deals 100 damage each second they are near the epicenter.
--Base mechanic
Increased the number of bigger orbs to 4 (was 3) to let players gather more charge
The secondary fire disable have been removed from rotation (will come back in mythic) instead ability 1 is in its place.
Bug Fixes:
--Boss cannot be damaged before the fight starts.
