Moderate Balance changes

Just my attempt at balancinng the game.
- All ultimate abilities now restore ammo.
New Status: Sturdy
- Allows the hero to survive a hit with one hp left. Immediately ends one the hero reaches that heal value.
- 25 base health converted to shield health
This change is intended to make Ana less dependent on her co healer when hit with trash damage.
- Ult charge is reset to zero when Bob leaves
- Direct hit healing decreased from 70 to 60 hp
- Splash healing decreased from 50 to 42 hp
- No longer is a throwable drone
- Grants a 25% a damage resistance
- Grants the sturdy status
This weakens Bap's healing output and make him less annoying to play against.
- Damage per bullet increased from 20 to 21
New Ability: Armor Burst
Bastion can now use 60% of his Self Repair resource to immediately give himself 75 armor. Does not work when in turret or tank forms.
- Knockback increased by 20%
These changed should hopefully encourage Bastion to be more mobile without making his Sentry mode more powerfull.
- Base health increase from 150 to 175 (225 max hp)
- Healing reduced from 55 to 40 per second (max from 110 to 80)
These changes are intended to increase her survivability while lowering her healing output, hopefully pushing her to enter fights to defend her backline rather than just healing teammates with Repair Packs.
- Cooldown increased from 6 to 8 seconds
This change is intended to lower the overall power creep in the game.
- 50 base health converted to shields (150 health 50 Shields.)
- Now deals 10 damage over time over .9 seconds to targets.
_This change is intended to give Genji a bit more surviability when compared to other flankers. The change to Dragonblade should make his ultimate stronger without it being even better when damage boosted. _
- Damage per arrow reduced from 70 to 60.
This change should prevent Hanzo from quickly bursting down tanks too auickly
- Ultimate cost reduced by 5%
- Shields given increased from 750 to 800
This should allow Lucio to keep up with both Zenyatta And Brigitte in terms of ultimate charge.
Moved to tank
- Base health increased from 250 to 350 health.
- Primary dps decreased from 55 to 50 damage per second
- Alternate fire decreased from 75 to 70 damage
- Freeze rate decreased by 20%
- Cooldown reduced from 12 to 10 seconds
- Cooldown reduced from 12 to 9.6 seconds
- Health per pillar decreased from 400 to 300 health
These changes should allow Mei's abilities to buffed while making her less annoying to play against.
- Now cleanses stuns from allies within 10 meters upon activation. * Does not work if Moira herself is stunned
This change should give Moira more utility to help her team with rather than only provide healing.
- Cooldown decreased from 10 to 8 seconds
- Now grants Sturdy status for its duration
This change should allow Orisa to be a main tank without requiring a second barrier.
- 50 base health converted to shields
This change should allow Pharah to be more independent from Mercy without increasing the strength of the synergy too much.
- Health increased from 500 to 575
- Damage reduced from 85 to 75
- Can now be cancelled by holding primary fire for .75 seconds
- Cooldown increased to 12 when cancelled
- Cooldown now begins upon activation
- Now deal an additional 10 burn damage per second for 3 seconds
- Health increased from 1600 to 1800
These changes should encourage players to be more aggressive while also prevent him from being burst down quickly
- Max ammo increased from 5 to 6
Take a breather
- Now heals allies for 60hp then 30hp, then 15hp over 3 seconds.
These changes should reduce Roadhog's down time and help him protect his team.
- Cooldown reduces from 12 to 10 seconds
- Shields gained decreased from 60% to 30% of damage absorbed.
- Shield decay rate reduced by 50%
- Max shield reduced from 400 to 200
- Regeneration rate increased from 80 to 120 health per second
- Health reduced from 700 to 350
- Cooldown when recalled removed
- Cooldown when destroyed reduced from 5 to 2 seconds
- Barrier size reduced by 20%
These changes are intended to fully move Sigma into the off tank role rather than have him occupy a weird intermediate position.
- (Energy orb) Max damage increased from 120 to 130
- Travel speed increased from 15 to 20 meters per second
This change to her orbs is intended to balance out the charge tome by allowing her to two shot heroes with 250hp. The change to her turret should allow her to set up faster and be less stagnet.
New Alternate Fire
- Winston can fire a 20 meter beam that deals 40 damage per second
This change should allow Winston to help his team when not activley diving in the momment.
- Base shields given reduced from 100 to 75.
This chage should help lower Wrecking Ball's survivability to more managable levels
- Alternate fire ammo cost reduced from 25 to 20
- Now shows the duration when in use
- Now shows the duration when in use
The ammo changes should make Zarya’s gameplay more fluid
