Moderate Balance changes

Just my attempt at balancinng the game.

Balance changes

General Changes

  • All ultimate abilities now restore ammo.

Ana

  • 25 base health converted to shield health

This change is intended to make Ana less dependent on her co healer when hit with trash damage.

Ashe

B.O.B

  • Ult charge is reset to zero when Bob leaves

Baptiste

Biotic Launcher

  • Direct hit healing decreased from 70 to 60 hp
  • Splash healing decreased from 50 to 42 hp

Imorality Field

  • No longer is a throwable drone
  • Grants a 25% a damage resistance

This weakens Bap's healing output and make him less annoying to play against.

Bastion

Configuration: Recon

  • Damage per bullet increased from 20 to 21

Self Repair

  • Now gives Bastion up to 50 additional armor when at full hp when in recon mode
  • Armor disapears when in sentry or tank mode

Configuration: Tank

  • Knockback increased by 20%

These changed should hopefully encourage Bastion to be more mobile without making his Sentry mode more powerfull.

Brigitte

  • Base health increase from 150 to 175 (225 max hp)

Repair Pack

  • Healing reduced from 55 to 40 per second (max from 110 to 80)

These changes are intended to increase her survivability while lowering her healing output.

Echo

Sticky Bombs

  • Cooldown increased from 6 to 8 seconds

This change is intended to lower the overall power creep in the game.

Genji

Shurikens

  • Damage increased from 28 to 29 damage

  • 50 base health converted to shields (150 health 50 Shields.)

This change is intended to give Genji a bit more surviability when compared to other flankers as when as increase his burst potential

Hanzo

Storm Arrows

  • Damage per arrow reduced from 70 to 60.

This change should prevent Hanzo from quickly bursting down tanks too auickly

Lucio

Soundbarrier

  • Ultimate cost reduced by 10%
  • Shields given increased from 750 to 800

This should allow Lucio to keep up with both Zenyatta And Brigitte in terms of ultimate charge.

Mccree

Peacekeeper

  • Reload increased from 1.3 to 1.5 seconds

Combat Roll

  • Cooldown increased from 6 to 7 seconds

Mccree recent buffs has caused him to outshine other dps heroes, those these nerfed should help reign him in

Mei

Moved to tank

  • Base health increased from 250 to 350 health.

Endothermic Blaster

  • Primary dps decreased from 55 to 50 damage per second
  • Alternate fire decreased from 75 to 70 damage
  • Freeze rate decreased by 20%

Cryofreeze

  • Cooldown reduced from 12 to 10 seconds

Ice Wall

  • Cooldown reduced from 12 to 9.6 seconds
  • Health per pillar decreased from 400 to 300 health

These changes should allow Mei's abilities to buffed while making her less annoying to play against.

Moira

Fade

  • Cooldown increase from 6 to 7 seconds
  • Now cleanses stuns from allies within 9 meters upon activation. * Does not work if Moira herself is stunned

This change should give Moira more utility to help her team with rather than only provide healing.

Orisa

Protective Barrier

  • Cooldown decreased from 10 to 8 seconds

This change should allow Orisa to be a main tank without requiring a second barrier.

Pharah

  • 50 base health converted to shields

This change should allow Pharah to be more independent from Mercy without increasing the strength of the synergy too much.

Reinhardt

  • Health increased from 500 to 575

Rocket Hammer

  • Damage reduced from 85 to 75

Charge

  • Can now be cancelled by pressing primary fire
  • Cooldown increased to 12 when cancelled

Fire Strike

  • Now deal an additional 10 burn damage per second for 3 seconds to the first target it hits

Barrier Field

  • Health increased from 1600 to 1800

Earthshatter

  • Duration increased from 2.5 tp 3 seconds

These changes should make Rein more fun to play while also prevent him from being burst down quickly

Roadhog

Scrap Gun

  • Max ammo increased from 5 to 6

Take a breather

  • Now heals allies for 60hp then 30hp, then 15hp over 3 seconds.

These changes should reduce Roadhog's down time and help him protect his team.

Sigma

Kinetic Grasp

  • Cooldown reduces from 12 to 10 seconds
  • Shields gained decreased from 60% to 30% of damage absorbed.
  • Shield decay rate reduced by 50%
  • Max shield reduced from 400 to 200

Experimental Barrier

  • Regeneration rate increased from 80 to 120 health per second
  • Health reduced from 700 to 350
  • Cooldown when recalled removed
  • Cooldown when destroyed reduced from 5 to 2 seconds
  • Barrier size reduced by 80%

These changes are intended to fully move Sigma into the off tank role rather than have him occupy a weird intermediate position.

Symmetra

Photon Projector

  • (Energy orb) Max damage increased from 120 to 130

Sentry Turrets

  • Travel speed increased from 15 to 20 meters per second

This change to her orbs is intended to balance out the charge tome by allowing her to two shot heroes with 250hp. The change to her turret should allow her to set up faster and be less stagnet.

Winston

New Alternate Fire

  • Winston can fire a 20 meter beam that deals 41 damage per second

This change should allow Winston to help his team when not activley diving in the momment.

Wrecking Ball

Adaptive Shields

  • Base shields given reduced from 100 to 75.

This chage should help lower Wrecking Ball's survivability to more managable levels

Zarya

Partical Canon

  • Alternate fire ammo cost reduced from 25 to 20
